Josiah has experience handling business transactions (including commercial real estate, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and more), business litigation, trust litigation, probate and contested probate, guardianships, and estate planning. Josiah grew up in the Tulsa area and attended Jenks High School. His undergraduate studies were completed at Lyon College in Batesville, Arkansas, where he also played four years of collegiate baseball. Josiah received his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. In his free time, Josiah enjoys golfing, watching sports, working out, traveling, spending time with his nephews and nieces, volunteering with his church, and spending time with friends. Josiah spent significant time traveling to Guatemala and Asia for various mission trips, and also worked at churches in volunteer and full time capacities. Josiah and his wife, Katie, live in Edmond, attend People’s Church, and lead a weekly small group.
